Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing the working schedule of chauffeurs, vehicles, and affiliates
ensuring that all procedures are followed and quality standards are met.

Duties:

Meets and exceeds quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer
retention and uphold RideCentric's service quality standard
Fosters a positive, successful and professional work environment
Builds solid productive relationships with internal as well as external customers

Daily scheduling of rides, chauffeurs

profitability with minimal farm outs

Accurately and efficiently provide clients with rate quotes

Confirm next day affiliate reservations have been received and are accurate

Assist clients with reservations and changes when needed

Assist in the management of chauffeur and affiliate (subcontractor)

relationships including quality control to ensure all rides are consistent with
company quality standards

Timely update of reservation status codes using industry software to ensure on

time performance standards are consistently met

Maintain accurate affiliate rates, records and communications

Ensure affiliate contracts are in place and certificates of insurance are current
and accounted
Compares RideCentric's rate with affiliate rate to ensure margins are within
acceptable range and notifies management of unacceptable variances
Works within operational need as required including weekends and holidays.

Skills/Qualifications:

Strong commitment to world class customer service, Proficient in MS Outlook

and Excel as well as the MS Office Suite, Strong Multi-Tasking Ability, Strong
Mathematical Aptitude, Strong Analytical Skills, Negotiation Skills, Teamwork,
Superior oral and written communication skills
