Description of artifact and how the artifact meets the standard:
The students are assessment in the fall, winter, and spring on the GOLD assessment tool. This data
and growth is analyzed at a data day that we had with Lisa Naig, our Early Childhood Special
Education Consultant for the AEA.
Reflection on artifact (what went right, what went wrong, how to make better):
After each checkpoint we have a data day with the AEA to analyze what areas the students are
progressing and if there are any students that might need further assistance or intervention. This
artifact shows that this student made a lot of progress from the fall checkpoint to the winter
checkpoint, especially in the standard of identify and naming letters.
