Club Membership: Provide club membership to employees which would be nearer to office
ESOP: Provide stocks to employees which will also help the company to generate revenue
Retention Bonus: Provide an additional bonus to appraisal in the month of September or October
Medical Re-imbursement: Provide an additional 1 lakh insurance in addition to the existing
insurance
Employee Education: Provide scholarship to employees to study further to enhance their career
Increased salary
Transport Facility: Metro/ Local Train pass/ Shuttle service
Food Coupons/ Shopping coupons
Provide children education
Provide snacks if an employee has worked post 7 PM

For employee engagement:


1. Skit Play: Employees to act as customers and try new ideas to convince and pitch for new
products. This will help the non performers to perform better
2. I am my own hero: Employees should be given a task to design their own Career Path
3. Assign company values: Employees to be given one value every week. The employee who
presented the best must be publicly recognized
4. Paid Vacation: Highest achiever to be given a certain amount to go on a vacation
5. One thing change day: employees to do one noticeable change in them, it be their dress, style,
voice tone, greeting style etc.

8. Recognize and encourage innovation
9. Have a night out: During the night out give your team a quick presentation of the financial state
of the company and show them how their efforts are linked together, set good objectives for the
coming month or quarter and get everyone involved in meeting those objectives/ goals.
