perspective.
1. What do you see as your current strengths as an Outdoor Recreation Leadership and
Management (OLRM) major?
I think my current strengths are my love for the outdoors and being able to speak in front of
groups of people comfortably. Also growing up in a family that spends lots of time outdoors.

2. What do you see as your current challenges (weakness) as an OLRM major?


I believe that I need to learn more about outdoor living and how to handle certain situations. I
also need to learn more about the environment.

3. What will you do in the future to improve OLRM skills?


I will go on as many trips and outdoor experiences as possible, taking advantage of every
opportunity that comes my way. Also try my best in class.

4. In what OLRM areas would you most like to improve?

Im comfortable with speaking in front of groups of people but sometimes I cant get my ideas
across and maybe lack enthusiasm. I may feel enthusiastic but my audience doesnt always feel
it.

Im not very experienced in this area yet
