''I can't believe you're making me do this.

Bill screamed and ran to his room and

slammed the door behind him not bothering if his mom said not to slam the door.Bill walked over
over to his calendar and started bawling is his new clean pillow.The next morning in San
Francisco California Bill was walking to school with his friend's Zack,Mason and Andrew.''Do you
guy's think I am capable enough to do baseball.'' Bill gulped.''um huh'' of course you are'' Zack
started.''How about you Andrew. Bill asked.''I think you will do just great''.Andrew added.''I am
doing baseball this year and i'm going on the same team as you because i saw your name on
my team.Mason squealed.

''Mom I don't think I should go''. Bill mumbled. ''Why not?" mom exclaimed. ''I don't
know how to play. " Bill yelled. ''What do you mean?'' Mom growled. '' Well we can't go back
now because we are all ready here.'' Mom barked. Bill got out of the car and walked over to
the field that the coach told his mom to go to. He arrived there and walked on the field that the
coach told him to go on. A kid walked up to him and. asked. ''Do you want to play some catch
with me?''The kid said.''um, yeah, sure.''Great. Bill squeaked.''Lets go to left center and play.''
''Were's that?''Bill asked. ''What do you mean?'' ''You don't no were left center is.'' ''Well my
friend is here now.'' ''So I am going to play with him.'' ''ok''. Bill whispered.Bill turned around and
screamed to himself. ''Why can't I ever fit in.'' '' I am so stupid at this.'' ''Everybody get with a
partner and play some catch.''The coach yelled.'' Thats all were going to do today.''Bill got with
a partner and played until baseball practice was over.

''Ok Bill today is the big day your first game.''Mom squealed . ''I don't want to go. ''Bill
mumbled.''Come on this is a one in a lifetime experience .''Mom chimed in. ''Fine i'll go.''Bill
screamed. Bill went over to his dugout and on the bleachers were Andrew and Zack. Bill went
over and whispered . ''Guy's what are you doing here?''Bill asked. ''We want to watch your
game.Andrew and Zach stated. Bill went back to his dugout and saw that he was pitcher
today.Bill almost fainted after he saw that.The game started and Bill went on the pitchers
mound.Bill did the first pitch. ''It was horrible.'' Bill ranted.The coach was screaming at Bill. ''My
hands were all sweaty and wet.'' Bill pitched it again and it was horrible.Then the coach had to
pitch it over and over until Bills team got three outs.Bill got up to hit.Guess what.''Bill gawked.'' I
got out right a way like a snap of a finger.It was the bottom of the ninth inning and Bill had to
pitch again.''If I got him out we would win.'' Bill wispered.to himself.''But If i don't get him out we
will lose.Bill wispered again.So his hands were all sweaty again.He threw it and the kid hit a
home run and the other team won the game.

After the game was over the coach went up to Bill and whispered. ''Bill I need to talk to
your mom.'' ''Ok she is right over there.'' Bill replied.''Thanks.'' Bill's coach answered.''Ummm
Mrs.Bonnet I have to talk to you," the coach responded . "Yes, "Bill's mom answered back.''Um
I don't want to say this but Bill is kicked off the team.'' the coach wined back.''Why?'' Bill's mom
spoke.''Because he is just not that good at baseball.'' Coach responded.''But just give him a
chance.'' Mom exclaimed.''He just started baseball and I don't think that is fair for him,'' Bill's

mom roared with anger, Bill's mom walked away with a frown on her face.She walked up to Bill
and mumbled. ''Bill the coach kicked you off the team.'' mom whined. When Bill heard that he
imagined a rainy cloud over his head. Bill put his hand over his mouth and screamed with fury
and started kicking the rocks all over the parking lot.Then Bill got in the car and slammed the
car door.

Bill started bolting to his coach and said,''You can't do this to me.'' Bill screamed.''Why
not.'' Bill's coach yelled.''Because you're crazy.Bill barked.'' Because why would i want a coach
who just all of a sudden kick's me off the team.Bill yelled. ''Well you're just not good enough for
the team.''Coach almost screamed his head off.'' Why not?''Bill questioned him. ''Because you
don't know how to throw,catch,or hit.You don't know how to do anything in baseball so there is
your answer.Coach roared.''That is why I don't want you on my team.coach roared agian.''Wow
you littlery just said that to me ?''Ok dud you can yell at me but I'm just trying to get back on the
team by convincing you to get me back on the team.Bill screamed.''Please just give me one
more chance.Bill asked.''Never in your whole life.Coach answerd back. ''You know what
coach?''I never wanted to play baseball anyway.Bill cried.'' Bill thought in his head.why did I just
say that because i want to play baseball and I don't.

''Dad, Dad, Dad.," Bill yelled. "Hey Mom, where's Dad?" Bill asked. ''Oh, he is in the
backyard fixing the pipes.'' Mom answered. ''Thanks Mom.'' Bill spoke. ''Dad.'' Bill yelled,
''Yeah.'' Bill's dad answered back. "Can we play a little catch?" Bill asked. ''Sure.'' Bill's dad
stated. ''Thanks.'' Bill added. ''No problem.'' Bill's dad replied. Bill walked over to the shack and
grabbed two gloves for his dad and for him. ''Dad, I have to tell you something," Bill whispered.
''What?'' Dad growled. ''I got kicked off the team. Bill cried. ''How long is it until you can get back
on the team?" Bill's dad mumbled. ''Tomorrow at 11:37.'' Bill spoke. "Okay. We need to get
practicing because about 11 hours is not enough time." Bill's dad said. "Well let's get started
playing catch,'' Bill replied. Bill and his dad played catch until dark. Then Bill's mom yelled.
"Guy's it's time for dinner.'' Bill's mom yelled. ''What is for dinner?" Bill asked. ''It's leftover
pasta," Mom responded. "Ok,'' Bill replied. Right after dinner was over Bill walked to his room
and went to bed.

The next day Bill walked up to his coach and screamed, ''I'm coming back on the team
right here, right now, this instant. ''Oh,no your not!" Coach whispered. "Why not?" Bill asked
him. "Fine you can come back on the team, but just don't mess up like last time. You can get
with that person over there at the left center." Coach growled When Bill heard that he thought
he was going to be sick because he didn't know what to do. Then Bill saw a kid somewhere out
on the field. Bill thought that was left center because that was only one kid that needed a
partner. Then Bill walked over to the kid and said, ''Do you want to play some catch with me.''
"Yeh let's go play some catch and maybe we can be friends." said the boy. After that, Bill and
the boy played catch until baseball practice was over.

Bill walked home and went to sleep. Tick, tock , tick ,tock, .The next morning Bill woke
up with a huge smile. The smile was like seven feet tall and five feet wide. He walked down the
stairs and his mom said ,''Why are you so happy. Mom asked. Bill said ''Because i got back on
the team and I have a team today at 5:00 tonight. The time past and they get to the baseball
field first. He was at second base.The pitcher pitched the ball and the batter hit the ball right to
bill and he caught it agian and agian and then it was there turn to hit. Bill went up to hit and the
kid pitched the ball and he hit a home run to win the game.
