Change Password

This option allows the user to change their password.


1. Select Change Password from the Sign In/Out drop down menu.
When this option is selected, the Change Password pop-up window displays:

2. Input the Employee number


3. Input the Old password
4. Input the New password
5. Input the New password a second time to confirm
6. Input the airline code/suffix (if applicable)
7. Select <OK>

The new password cannot be the same as the current or the three previous passwords.

The actual changing of the password occurs in the background and is not seen on the screen. The user
knows that the password has been successfully changed when the Sabre system redisplays the sign in
message.

NOTE: Each agent must change their sign-in password at least every 90 days. The system begins
advising the user 10 days prior to the required change date. Upon sign in, a pop-up window displays to
allow the user to change their password. An example is shown below:

1. Select option to Change Password at this Time


2. Select <OK>

The Change Password pop-up window displays:

3. Fill in as previously discussed


4. Select <OK>

The password change and sign in occurs as previously discussed.

Set Up a PIN

Each airline has the option to permit a user to establish a PIN or Personal Identification Number. The PIN
allows the user to change a password in the event they have forgotten it. A PIN is established one time.
1. Select PIN Number Setup from the Sign In/Out drop down menu.
PIN setup requires the following criteria:

Must be four numeric characters

Cannot be all zeros

Cannot contain the same sequence as your employee or staff number

Cannot be the same sequence of numbers as in your social security number
