OurteamwillcompetefortheAleMarysadvertisingaccount.Wewillprepareacampaign
proposal(aspec)forthepresentationtotheBoardofDirectorsinMay2015.Wewillworkon
theprojectinthreephases.

PhaseIWewillcompletethefollowing:
1.

Prepareateamprocessgettoknoweachteammembersstrengthsanddesignaprocess,
whichcomplementsthesestrengths.

2.

Learnaboutourcompanyusetheservice.Observetheproductinuse(observecustomers
buying/usingtheproduct).Interviewownersandemployeestogetasenseofhistory,
service/productareastrengths,whatworks,hasnotworked,etc.

3.

Wewilllearnaboutourconsumersthroughobservation,focusgroups,and/orsurveys,
andreadings.

4.

WewilllearnaboutpotentialcompetitorsSWOT,competitorsproductofferings,
includingprices,service,selection,quality,andadvertising.

PhaseIIWewillcompletethefollowing:
Wewilldevelopthecopyplatform(creativebrief)basedonouranalysisoftheresultsofPhaseI.
ThisplatformwillincludeafleshedoutdescriptionoftheTargetAudience,thespecificGOALS
oftheadcampaign,andthestrategiesthatwillbeusedtoaccomplishthegoals.Inaddition,we
willexperimentwithseveralideasforheadlines,copypoints,placements,etc.Wewilltestout
theseideasonourclasspeersandonrepresentativesofourtargetaudience.

PhaseIIIWewillcompletethefollowing:
BasedontheknowledgeandexperiencewedevelopedinphasesIandII,wewillprepareourAd
Campaign.Asateam,wewillcreateseveralspeculativeadstoillustrateourproposedstrategy.
Wewillpresentourcampaigntotheclient(andclass)inMay.Wewillevaluateourworkbased
onconsumerfeedbackaswellaspeerandselfassessment.

Wecommittocheckingcourseemailatleast3daysaweek(Monday,Wednesday,andFriday)
andjustpriortoeachteammeeting.
Wewillshareanddiscussideasduringourweeklyteammeetings.

TeamManagementPlan
Wescheduledourteammeetingsatatimethateachmemberisabletoattend.
Ifamemberisnotabletoattend,itmustbeforavalidreason,andallworkmustbesubmitted
tothefacilitatorpriortothemeeting.
Eachteammemberistoemailtheworktotheothermembersoftheteamthemorningofthe
daybeforetheteammeetingtoensurethattheworkmaybereviewedpriortothemeeting.
Ifamemberfailstosubmittheirworkatthedesignatedtime,thefacilitatorwillcontactthat
individualrequestingtheirwork.Iftheproblempersists,theteamwilldiscussandresolvethe
situationduringtheirteammeeting.Consequencesfornotsharingtheteamworkloadmay
includebringingsnackstomeetingsforminorviolationstoexpulsionfromtheteamformajor
violations.Allteammemberswillevaluatethecontributionsofeachteammember.

TaskCompletionandDeadlines
Toensurecompletionofallprojects,deadlineswillbesettoensuresufficienttimetoworkon
projects.
Oursignaturesbelowindicatethatwehaveagreedtoparticipateandcontributetothegoalsand
effortsofthisteamandwillberesponsibleforpersonalandteameffort.
