I am writing to your school after viewing your programs of study and finding myself interested
in the Dual degree Program for Nursing. Please accept this letter and attached resume which will
provide you with a number of ways on how I am the right candidate for this program in addition
to my application. Furthermore let me explain a bit about myself and my contributions.
I am currently a MCPHS student in the Health Sciences Program, who has always wanted to
become a nurse and make the difference in others lives. I believe this program would be the
ideal fit for me not only because I will become what I always wanted to be but also because I
will earn two for the price of one as they say. I have been working at Dr. Dental for over a year
now, which has highly improved my people, customer service skills and leadership skills as well
as working as team as done in most medical clinician jobs. I have learned how to satisfy patients
to the best of my ability even through difficult and stressful situations. I have shadowed an
Oncology Registered Nurse at Boston Childrens Hospital and learned a lot of great things about
patient care and working a high paced speed and many times under stressful situations. All of
these skills have grown within me and I know I could use and build from them in these program.
With all my skills and past experience I believe I could succeed in the program and make great
contributions to my classmates. Along with this letter is my resume for your review. I welcome
