INTERPRETATION:
There is significant difference between High Quality benefit and the Quantum of business of
respondents .Since the t test value -2.557 is greater than 2.56, the alternative hypothesis is

accepted at 1% significance level. Based on the mean value it can be found that the female
employees (M = 7.06, D = 1.84) strongly agree that non- monetary benefits motivate the
employees in the company.
