Putting Teeth in the Law Protecting Women

Summary:
There are different clubs, programs and even individuals (judges or justices)
that want to implement laws about women that suffer from violence. One of them
rewarded he judges and justices to raise the level of their awareness for the need to
render the sensitive decisions in women against violence. It also hopes to raise the
overall quality of court decisions on such case. But those women who suffer spousal
abuse, they could not trust the judicial systems to declare in favor. The cases of
violence against women include rape especially young girls by their fathers, uncles
and even teachers, Judge Sitaca displayed special sympathy about this case. She
also stated that a court understands the shame and hate that a victim felt because
of the experience but for the rest of their life it will haunt them.
