PassAssured - Computer Work (Due FRIDAY 05/08)

Your goal is to pass with at least a 90% on each test!

4th 9 weeks Grades Pharmacy Technician

You are required to take and pass all of the tests on PassAssured
on your own time.
Each test must be taken 10 times, and documented with a
date, time and score.
(Do not try to cheat as I will cross verify each test
submitted/documented with my access)
An average of all 10 tests will be used as a test grade for the 4 th 9
weeks.
The tests are as follows:

Orientation (Due April 02)

Federal Law (Due April 02)
Medical Review (Due May 08)
Aseptic Technique (Due April 17)
Calculations (Due May 01)
Pharmacy Operations (Due April 17)

NOTE: For each time that you do not take the test 10 times, your
avg for that test will be lowered by 1 percentage point.
