INDEMNITY LETTER FOR VOLUNTEERING IN THE LANGKAWI INTERNATIONAL MARITIME

& AEROSPACE EXHIBITION, 17th 21st MARCH 2015

I, AZMIR BIN AYUB, IC No.921112-08-5675 hereby declares that HWLIMA Exhibitions Bhd,
the appointed organizer by The Ministry Of Defence Malaysia, is not responsible should any
accident or mishap occurred to me during my participation in The Langkawi International
Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition from 14th March 2015 until 22nd March 2015. This letter of
indemnity covers all activities conducted whether with or without my participation during the
event. The organizer hold harmless from any and all actual or alleged claims, demands, liability,
loss, and / or injury to property or persons, whether this is brought by individual or another legal
entity, or imposed by a court of law that may arise out of any acts, omissions, negligence or
misconduct of myself during this .
