Teresa dance is a reiki master and has been

practising reki for over 12 years , she also has
been a reflexologist for 8 years and studying
shamanic healing for 2 years. Her journey
started when she was having some problems
in her life. Teresa was taking lots of medication
and it wasn't working , so she then went to
see a friend for some reaki. A few sessions
later she notice a big difference in herself and
soon enough she ditched the medication and
turned to complimentary theory. Since then ,
she has started this practise and soon enough
it became her job. We managed to interview
her and this is what she said.

Western medicine can only heal on
the physical level , If you have had
an illness and medicine cannot
treat it you need spiritual healing
A lot of people dont believe in
complimentary therapies and think
that it cannot benefit them , but it
actual can! I used to treat a golfer
, he had to stop playing golf due to
being un-able to walk , he has had
2 operations on his foot and they
still couldn't find any problems , i
then treated him and found out
that his problem was much deeper and to do with an emotion upset
in his life After asking if he has had any traumatic experiences in
his life he mentioned that his son died at birth , and from that point
she knew what to work on. He them came for 6 sessions in 2
weeks. After that , he gave me a call and said that he was out
playing golf! You really have to try out these therapies and see for
yourself. Later on in the interview she shows us some tools she uses
when shamanic healing. She uses a mesa which contains healing
stones , a rattle to get
into a mediative state
and an extraction crystal.
An extraction crystal is a
tool she uses to extract
spirits , negative energy
and enteritis. After a
entirety has been trapped
into the crystal she then
cleanses it with fire and
water. We also asked her
her views on the NHS and
reflexology being available
on the NHS. Again as i said
about medicine , it only heals
on the physical level and not the spiritual level , most doctors and
nurses don't know about healing on the spiritual level and thats
why they don't refer us. Another reason is that people are afraid of
the unknown. Shamanic healing is a bit on the pricy side , for a
2h15 minuet session its can cost anywhere between 125 to 200
depended on how deep the treatment is! however reaki and
reflexology are cheapest starting from 35 a session. If you feel
