School/ Family/ Community/ Partnership: Caring for the Children We Share
Every schools cares about students because they influence their students do well
and have an education. On May 9, 1995 Joyce L. Epstein wrote about how schools,
students, community, and families can assist each other by teamwork. Schools realized
the behaviors, potential, and the attitudes from students towards on campus. One of the
policies for schools is having the students to have a creative mind, good decisions, and
being more active in school. The school is have opinions to make their communities and
students to make the environment better and making everyone feel safe. A way to make
the environment better and safe is to influence the students parents to attended school
events and committees. Overall, some schools are amazed the shared of interests and
investments from some families.
Its interesting that Joyce L. Epstein talked about every different kind of parents
that involve with school events or committees. There are parents that single that work
daily or live farther away from homes. For schools tries to create events for single
parents, they can get involved with their childrens academics. Most parents in the world
wants their child to focus on school and not worrying about looking for a job and making
money for the family. A lot of parents and single parents are working hard to have their
children keeps to focus on school and keep track for the future. So their children can have
an education and not get into troubles like joining a gang, staying out late so much,

drinking, doing drug, etc. All parents love, care, and safety for their children. But the
most important thing to everyone is just have a successful future.
Overall students in different levels in school: elementary, middle, and high school
would want their parents to be involved with their school so they can acknowledge their
childrens hard work in their classes. However, some students prefer having well
information and guidelines from the school so they can exchange the important to the
family about activities, homework, and the school is providing them. Each year the
schools would discussed the problems and thinking of ideas to improved the school to be
better. It is important to have a large annual progress, of new plans, and ways to help the
school. Every year after all of hard work from the students, teacher, facilities, administers
and families would be awarded by highlights of accomplishments on each type of
involvement. It helps to identify the important properties of success.
