Coaching Responsibilities

As a coach my biggest responsibility is the shaping the lives of young

women and men. I am a leader, teacher, role model and then a coach.
I create instruction for the athletes to get them prepared for
competition in the league. I take them to section games and weekend
tournaments. The team members and I create goals for the team.
When these goals are achieved, the teams feeling of accomplishment
is tremendous and rewarding.

Coaching Awards

As coach, my awards include section champions, W.P.I.A.L top four,

consecutive playoff spots (2000 to 2006) and section coach of the year.
