Im writing to recommend Cynthia Alexandre as a candidate for a middle school teaching
position. I currently work with Cynthia as a fellow teacher at Veazie Street Elementary School.
During these two years, Cynthia has completely transformed the Veazie library into a neat, well
organized, and efficient place for students to learn. She is well educated in current technology
and technology instruction. Cynthia has also received many grants in order to receive wonderful
add-ons for her library, such as eBooks for iPads.
Cynthia has shown concern in many aspects of the school climate and culture. She has a
wonderful rapport with students and faculty members, volunteers her time for extracurricular
activities, and is part of the PBIS team. Cynthia can work independently and within a team to
accomplish tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude.
I strongly recommend Cynthia for a middle school teaching position. I feel that she is able to
quickly adjust to her environment and able to handle many challenges of the position. Please feel
