FBCB2 Communication Satellites System Instructor
Provide training on all Army Battle Command Systems with the main focus on the FBCB2/Blue Force Tracking and
other general Military subjects. Coordinate and report training requirements and training results with Instructor Leads
as well as management on a daily bases (or as required). Provide mentorship to Unit Leadership on FBCB2 / BFT
and Terrestrial capabilities as well performing information briefings on the FBCB2/ BFT and EPLRS systems. Review
and present training materials as required and support PM FBCB2 in the development of all training P.O.I.s to include
Operator New Equipment Training, Unit Level Maintenance Trainer Course. Keep abreast of changes in software and
equipment, ensuring that the correct information is taught to the students when performing instructions. Ensure that
all required training materials and equipment is properly packed and shipped in preparation of mission. Inventory all
training equipment and ensure all equipment is operational and fully mission capable before training mission is to be
carried out. Assist unit leadership in obtaining the most current reference materials as it becomes available to them.
Educate students on system capabilities by demonstrating these features on both training and live FBCB2/ BFT
systems. Certified in LDR OPNET, ULM and TOC/Security and attended a 40 hour Installer training.

Field Service Technician
As a BETSS-C Operator, I am required to provide a high level of service to the units supported by the system.
Support all aspects of the BETSS-C System of Systems, to include the following systems that support the BETSS-C
deployment: Rapid Aerostat Initial Deployment (RAID) Towers (80 foot and 107 foot) Persistent Surveillance
Dissemination System of Systems (PSDS2) V3 CERBERUS Force Protection System (FPS) Rapid Deployment
Integrated Surveillance System (RDISS) networked cameras. Ground Based Operational Surveillance System (GBOSS) Medium Range Thermal Imager (MRTI). As a BETSS-C operator I also serve as a subject matter
expert/mentor for the end-user and am able to provide both informal and formal instruction on the system. I maintain
overall knowledge of all BETSS-C systems and maintain responsibility for the sensor system(s) to which they are
assigned, to include installation, operation, and maintenance of said systems.

systems to make an initial determination on the eligibility in accordance with appropriate regulations and

Produce work in an accurate manner using several types of software for various office needs. Operate equipment
such as printers and modems.
Supervised daily activities for over 100 personnel, including COP defense, maintaining personnel records, safety, and
training schedules. Review, screen and prepare incoming records for review. Prepare correspondence, orders,
memorandums and information pertinent to all areas of the directorate utilizing a computer terminal.
Responsible for over 80 million dollars of equipment. Senior Advisor to the Troop Commander on all Bradley Fighting
Vehicle Gunneries.

Senior Military Instructor
Advised and assisted the Battalion Commander on all aspects of training and professional development of over 100
Senior ROTC cadets. Responsible for safety mitigation program for all ROTC events. Responsible for the counseling
and mentoring of all military personnel, civilian employees and cadets.
