BEVERAGES PREPARATION

A) NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES


Non alcoholic beverages are divided by five types. First is aerated
water or spring and mineral waters that we can get in from bottles, still
or sparkling and natural o artificial. Second is Fresh Fruit Juices that we
can get it by squeezing, crushing or straining, blending, or it ready to
drink from canned, bottled, boxes or dehydrated. Third is squashes,
cordials and syrups. Squashes is concentrate and made from fruit juices
with addition of sugar or artificial sweetener and diluted. Cordials is same
as squashes. Filtered crush is a term used also. Syrups is similar to
cordials but flavor comes from fruit. Artificial flavor is not in used.
Moreover for tea and coffee we can served by using the boiling water,
brewing process
