The title of my speech is about discipline.

Let me start with a phrase quoting Yokoi

Kenji said:
This phrase helped me realize many things.
There are many virtues a person can develop.
As children, our parents taught us to be disciplined and to obey them. I believe
being disciplined is one of the most important aspects of our life.
Every country has its own culture. It is sad to know that countries from Latin
America lack discipline as part of their daily life.
One country that has to be admired is Japan. Not only their values are seen
through, but clearly their discipline is what makes them incredible persons.
The truth is that we are all born with intelligence, but each of us decide when to
develop it.
Why a person is clean and organized? Because they discipline themselves. Why
students obtain good grades? Because they discipline themselves in studying. Why
athletes win gold medals during their tournaments? Because they discipline
themselves.
I invite the ones present here to give a step forward and become disciplined. With
discipline we can achieve greater things in our life.
Allow me to provide a personal example: learning Japanese on your own is hard and
requires constant enthusiasm and discipline on order to learn more.
You can move forward, take action, start achieving the life of your dreams or not
leave your comfort zone.
What are you going to do?

Become disciplined to reach your dreams!

Allow me to finish this speech with a citation from Buddha: to enjoy good health, to
bring true happiness with one's family, bring peace to everyone, one must first
become disciplined and control their own mind.
