Sustainable - makes the most efficient use
of non-renewable resources.
Local - within 200 mile radius.

Definitions
Organic - labeling term for food produced
without the use of pesticides and fertilizers with
synthetic ingredients.
USDA National Organic Program (NOP) - set
national standards for the production, handling,
and processing of organically grown agricultural
products.

organic products throughout the academic year.
The organic options include:

Cornflakes
Organic options in C-store
House-made tomato sauce
Locally grown, organic rices ...and more.
