X was a rugby player in the team I used to coach as head coach of the Romanian Rugby team for

a period of four years. During that time, I had the great pleasure of seeing him developing and
improving his game.
X is a hard-working and a dedicated athelete who can be a great asset for any team. During my
four years as a coach at the Romanian team, I can not remember an instance in which he did not
listen to my indication.
As a freshman, X became wing for the junior varsity rugby team. During the season, X practiced
hard and quickly earned a place on the varsity team, with at least one try in every game.
During the four years that I had the privilege of coaching him several times, Andrei demonstrated
that he can be a leader both on and off the gridiron. He was named to the all-state rugby team all
four years during high school. On the interpersonal side, X coped extremely well with staff under
his supervision, as well as colleagues at his own level. He was highly respected, as both a person
and a professional, by his team players or other players. He also signed up to volunteer in
different activities that encourage children to join sports.
