This progress report summarizes the steps taken by teachers at GGCMES 170/9-L school to improve the school, especially for low caste/no caste students. The teachers implemented a proper timetable, ensured 100% teacher and student attendance, taught students according to their interests and abilities, used teacher guides effectively, developed models and activities for teaching core subjects, engaged students in role plays and speeches for other subjects, held regular meetings with parents and the SMC, dedicated time to improving writing skills, created a friendly classroom environment, improved sanitation and provided safe drinking water, made proper displays of materials by subject in the kids' room, held small exhibitions to engage students, and received regular guidance from the DTE

GGCMES 170/9-L REGARDING OVERALL IMPROVEMENT OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED SCHOOL ESPECIALLY WITH RESPECT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOW CAST/NO CAST MATERIAL FOLLOWING STEPS HAVE BEEN MADE BY SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE SUPERVISTION OF DTE. 1. PROPER IMPLIMENATAION OF TIME TABLE IN SCHOOL AND EQUAL WEIGHATGE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO EACH SUBJECT 2. TEACHERS AND STUDENTS ATTENDANCE ENSURED TO 100 %. 3. STUDENTS HAVE BEEN TAUGHT ACCORDING TO THEIR AGE AND INTRESTS. 4. THE USE OF TEACHER GUIDES MADE MORE EFFECTIVE TO ENSURE REQUIRED RESULTS. 5. TO TEACH THE SUBJECTS OF SCINECE, MTAHEMATICS AND ENGLISH MODELS HAS DEVELOPED AND ACITIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS. 6. TO TEACH THE ARTS SUBJECTS AS URDU ISLAMIAYAT AND S.STUDIES, STUDENTS HAVE ENGAGED IN ROLE PLAYS, SPEACHES AND TABLOWS.
7. REGULAR MEETINGS WITH PARENTS AND S.M.C
MEMBERS TO GAINING FEEDBACK ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE STUDENTS. 8. TO IMPROVE THE WRITINNG SKILLS OF STUDENTS REGULARLY TWO PERIODS HAS BEEN FIXED. 9. FRIENDLY ENVIORNMENT GIVEN TO STUDENTSIN CLASS ROOMS, WHICH ENCOURAGED THE STUDENTS TO SHARE THEIR THINKING AND OBSERVATIONS. 10. OVERALL SAINITATAION /CLEANILESS CONDITION IMPROVED 11. FACILITY OF SAFE DRINIKING WATER HAV BEEN ENSURED IN THE SCHOOL. 12. IN KIDS ROOM PROPER CORNERS MADE FOR ALL SUBJECTS AND LOW CAST NO CAST MATERIALS DISPLAYED 13. LILLTE EXIBATION ALSO MADE TO GET THE ATTENTION OF STUDENTS IN THE SCHOOLS. 14. REGULAR VISTS HAVE BEEN MADE BY DTE FOR PROPER GUIDELINE AND HELP OF THE TEACHRES OF LOW PERFROMING SCHOOL.
