Success must be won

along one line. We must make our business the one life purpose to which every other
must be subordinate. Its sure that we must determine a line to travel when we still
young. Unceasing effort is the cost of success. Making a career planning is a smart
decision. We can always test ourselves whether or not to follow the path which is
leading to success.
My character:
From fiends: friendly, enthusiastic, but sensitive
From teachers: easy to get on with, think clearly and act quickly, bravely a good
helper of teacher
From myself: with great responsibility, dare to attempt, sentimental, easily influenced
by others, a little lazy

MBTI: There were four dimensions of MBTI. Each dimension has two directions, for
a total of eight aspects. There are: extraversion (E) and introversion (I) sensing(S) and
intuition (N) Thinking (T) and feeling (F) Judgment (J) and perception (P)
My type is ENFJ.
ENFJ type of people:
Tender feeling, compassionate, quick reaction, responsibility. Pay attention to other
people's emotions, very needs and motivation. Good at finding other people's
potential, and hope to be able to help them to achieve it. ENFJs generally believe in
their dreams, and see themselves as helpers and enablers, which they usually are.
Loyalty, friendly, can make a positive response to praise and criticism. ENFJs know

and appreciate people. They are more sensitive than others, and are at risk of being
hurt or even abused by less sensitive people. ENFJs often take on more of the burdens
of others than they can bear.
Areas of career I suitable for is: consultation, education, journalism and public
relations, culture and art.
My attitude toward study:
1. Study is a necessity if you want to make progress.
2. I like to listen to the teacher in the classroom even though this course I don't like.
3. Learning is not only to learn the contents of the book, but also should expand the
capacity of the knowledge.
In the past years, majority of people think graduates who are major in education are
often worked in elementary school, high school or college, university. Now its view
has been greatly expand, in many professional fields also to develop, including
guidance consultation, the librarian, media experts, and the school social workers, etc.
Students need to learn Humane and Sociological Science knowledge, understand
education policies and regulations with analysis ability of the current education
problem.
My dream:
Three steps:
1. Be a Master graduate student
2. Be a teacher in education or training institutions.
3. Be a leader in an education institution.
Current situation analysis:

1. Education consultant needs: can undertake pressure, have strong learning ability,
carefully and the responsibility; certain ability of management and team cooperation.
2. Be a teacher in middle school needs: teacher qualification certificate, excellent
teaching ability, compressive capacity, deep love for students.
What should I do:
1. Improve English skills (from now)
2. Improve communication skills and team cooperation through campus activities
(before graduation)
3. Study management courses independently. (after graduation)
