2. Introduce new text- The Hungry Fox

Look at the cover, what do you think this book will be about? What is this a picture of? How many words are on this page?
What do you think this is? What do you think is going to happen?

Gobble-Gobble game- Sight words written on cards and turkey pictures on cards in a bag. Students pull cards out of a bag
and read the sight words. If they pull the turkey then we say gobble, gobble and all the words go back in.
