Theodolite.

CONCLUSION

For the fieldwork number 12, we did what we can do on

the field as instructed to us by the nice and kind professor
using the materials provided for us to use in the field
under the hot sun. We used the theodolite in order to get
the measurements of the land pentagon and then this was
used in partner with the two leveling rods which are held
by two members of our group. We marked the land using
the box of chalk given to us for every side we make then
they mark it using meter tape. You look through the
provided theodolite and you look at the leveling rod then
get the measurement according to what you see on the
leveling rod, provided that the one holding the leveling
rod doesnt move in order to get an accurate measurement
of the land. We did this over and over until we have
reached the fifth side then after that we had a small break
because the sun was really hot and we were sweating a
lot. We had fun doing it because the group mates are kind
of fun to be with as we do the field work even though the
weather and the sun is really hot. But we finished it earlier
than expected.

DISCUSSION

We have discussed that the field work number 12 was

good and fun to do even though that the sun is really hot.
We had laughs because the group is fun to be with and as
usual, they make laughter among the group in a hot and
sunny day. We used umbrellas as we did our work
because, like I said, it is too hot to work but we still
managed to do it despite the extreme heat. We marked all
the way until we reached the fifth side then we took the
measurements of each side meter using the theodolite
provided to us and the two leveling rod which was held
by 2 of my group mates. My role was to compute
everything and therefore being the computing in the
group. It was tiring at first, especially because the sun is
too hot on the skin. I even got a little black because of it
but nevertheless it was fun. Though it wasnt that fun later
on because it got hotter when we continued to the next
field work. I still look forward to more field work before
finishing surveying under our beloved, nice and
forgivingly kind professor who I wanted to be my
professor again if I ever fail.
