student, Jack Kaczmarczyk. I first met Mr. Kaczmarczyk the first day of his first clinical
rotation. I have had the enjoyment of having him in my clinical groups as well as the
didactic component throughout his nursing education.
During our time together Jack has shown a natural talent in communication and
leadership. His professionalism is assured with his strong sense of self and ethical ideals.
His seriousness along with an underplayed sense of humor allows him to easily build
trusting and therapeutic relationships with his fellow students and patients.
Jack has a compassionate nature and provides his patients with genuine kindness and
considerate care. He has a natural curiosity and eagerly seeks out new information in an
effort to provide the best care possible for his patients.
Jack has developed critical reasoning and trouble solving techniques necessary for a
successful nursing career. He willingly accepts challenges and stretches himself in an
effort to provide nursing care that is appropriate and evidenced based.
