I am writing to complain about my flightswith your company, Maple Air.
In the first place, I want to tell you that several things you offer in your
advertisement dont tell all the truth. One of them is Good choice of food
special diets no problem. Im vegetarian and your company didnt offer me
any special food. Also, when I was complained about it, the well-trained
staff didnt know how to fix my problem and they talked to me
disrespectfully.
In the second place, our boarding was late and, in consequence, I lost the
last bus. Beside, we have to watch an old film that was very bored. And I
remind you again your advertisement: The latest in-flight entertainment.
For all this, I would be grateful if my money was refunded.

About the place, in my opinion the Royal hotel is too much expensive, but I
know a restaurant near to your home and it is very nice, big and cheaper, it
called X.
Respecting the present, I think that Rubert would like something related with
fishing, like a rod or something like that. Also, I was thinking about live
bands that he would hear but I dont know very well his music style so I
think that you should wonder his friend Louis about this.
