Mr. Deepchand Sharma arrived at the site of M/s. Nuberg Fluoders at Asuncion,
Paraguay on 15th Nov 2013 for commissioning of refrigeration compressor KC-2 (2
Nos.).
Following are the proceeding at site:

Oil Separator connection was corrected.

Check valve position changed.
Compressor water head cooling line erected.
Gas charging line erection for refrigeration plant.
Oil charging line for both compressors.
Gasket changed for all position at refrigeration plant.
Pressure testing for complete refrigeration plant for 24 Hours at 15 Kg
pressure as per Nubergs requirement.
8. Vaccum testing for whole refrigeration plant for 24 hours as per Nubergs
requirement.
9. Panel Boards electrical and mechanical interlocks checked and cleared as
per Nubergs requirement.
10.
Head cleaning for both compressors.
11.
Chamber cleaning for both compressors.
12.
Paper filter replaced for both compressors.
13.
Oil charging for both compressors.
14.
Refrigerant Gas charging for approximately 650kg.
With this both the compressor are commissioned and handed over to M/s. Nuberg
for normal operation.
Mr. Deepchand spent site man days at Nuberg - Fluoders S.A. M/s. Sigma Overseas
request M/s. Nuberg to clear the site man day payment at the earliest.
