Oaxacan Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

500 ml (2 cups) whole milk?

60 ml (1/4 cup) good quality unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cinnamon stick

30 ml (2 tablespoons) powder sugar

A pinch of salt?

125 ml(1/2 cup) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Methods
1. In a medium saucepan, heat milk with cocoa powder, cinnamon stick, powder
sugar and salt, whisking constantly until it comes to a full boil.
2. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, whisking gently until its completely
melted.Remove cinnamon stick. If desired, blend the mixture with an
immersion blender until smooth and frothy.

3. Serve warm.
