Booking the Production Suites or Recording Booth

1. Attend an orientation. Contact lab staff to attend a scheduled time.
2. Go to mpebooking.berklee.edu to see what time slots are available.

3. The current day is displayed. Click another date in the calendar on the right.
4. Scroll down to Resource [Your Major: CWP or Song].
White (blank) slots are free for booking Practice Time (book on the day
of or the day before the session)

Green WTD: Hold slots are for booking practice time, but faculty
and staff can also book them, and they have precedence over students.
Blue slots are for project time. (book any time in advance, once youve had
your orientation)

5. Pick a time you want.

6. Visit, call, or email the booking office with your time choice:
The office is open from 9 am 5 pm, Monday Friday.
Note: Sometimes they stay open until after 5:00 (theyre trying for
midnight), but they arent fully staffed yet.
The booking office is in Room B08, in the B level of the 150 complex.

7. To book practice time on weekends, you can either book in advance, on
Friday, or come to the lab staff to check for last-minute openings.
8. To cancel time, call the office 4 hours in advance. On weekends, call or
visit the 160 building lab staff:
