Through University Alliance, I direct a program for Villanova Universitys Six Sigma Programs. One of
the key personnel that I work with daily is Simon Phillips. For the past five years, Simon and I have
analyzed and supported the training needs for a wide range of corporate and not-for-profit clients.
Simons main strength is in his ability to think on his feet when faced with strategic and tactical
planning. His ideas are five-to-one as compared with his peers. He also has demonstrated a strong
ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external customers, analyze their needs, sell them on
key concepts, effectively manage their training process, and sustain long term relationships. Simon
has strong leadership abilities and knowledge of adult learning theory. I highly recommend him in any
position where training and business analysis skills are essential.
