industries.Australias main electricity fuel
source is Coal, so around 50-55% of black
coal is used in Australia and 23% is Brown
Coal. Some Bordering countries are Papa
new guinea, Indonesia, New zealand, Fiji and
the solomon islands.

The capital of Australia is canberra and some

famous animals are Koalas,eCHIDNAS
KANGAROOS, SNAKES, SPIDERS, wOMBATS,
COCKATOOS,Crocodiles AND MANY MORE.

Coal is found in coal beds under the earth at different depths
and often shows above the ground or close to the surface.The
countries that have the largest amount of black coal reserves
are USA,China, India, Russia, Australia and South Africa.
Some Other local black coal mines are Muja and Premier in
Western Australia, Leigh Creek in South Australia and Duncan
in Tasmania.

How
Coal is burned to heat water and turn into
steam.After the steam is then used to spin a
turbine. The spinning turbine makes large
magnets turn within copper wire circles this is
called a generator. The moving magnets make
electrons in the wires to move one place to
another to another, creating an electrical current
and generating electricity.
