1 kilo pork (pork liempo cut) 1 1/2 inch squares

3 pieces chicken liver


1 1/2 finely minced garlic
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 knorr chicken cube
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce (adjust according to taste *datu puti)
2 pieces laurel / bay leaf
big pot
put pork
add vinegar and soy
add pepper
add chicken liver
add knorr cubes (crush)
add laurel/bay leaf
add 2 cups of water
mix
cover pot
turn on pot
boil
about 20 minutes check adobo
if pork is not soft take off soup
make the meat put off oil then put the meat with the soup
use oil to sautee the garlic wait till golden brown
pour everything in the pot mash the chicken liver to make
the sauve creamier and more tasty
if the pork is still not soft add more water(1 cup?)
simmer until pork becomes tender
*adjust taste to your liking with soy or vinegar
