Just a note
Students are required to
continue their 20 minutes
of reading and log even if
there is a snow day. The
extra practice keeps
them in routine and
reinforces reading.

We will have a Quick Quiz on Friday

over materials covered this week.

Homework:
Students will have math homework on
Monday through Thursday.

Science:
We will continue learning about living
systems. This week we will focus on
classification. Classification is the
grouping of organisms which helps us
understand the differences and
similarities in living things. Students will
be introduced to the 5 kingdoms, and we
will focus heavily on the animal and plant
kingdoms.
