Crabtree shall repair or replace products, at their discretion, if the products are found to be defective, solely as a result of faulty material and/or workmanship, within 10 years from
the date of purchase, in the case of Electro-mechanical wiring device products. The guarantee for all mains related Electronic wiring products viz. dimmers, step fan regulators, motor
starters and indicator modules shall be for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
