Who we are: As the owners of many different types of vehicles

our goal is to be the most elite car club to come out of the DMV
and not fail. With this being said we would like to welcome you in
helping us achieve this goal as a team. We are all about business
first pleasure follows but we will have fun at the same time. Our
general meet up days will be the 1st and 3rd Sunday in every
month. Our main meet location will be at Outback in Rivertown,
MD. We are dedicated to the appearance, performance, and
maintenance of our cars. During every meeting all members will
have the opportunity to discuss any concerns and or give input to
better the club as a whole or individuals ride.
Objectives: Our purpose is to simply have fun, enjoy and also
showcase our whips. Turning heads participate in many
events such as car shows, cabarets and cook outs. In addition we
also participate in and at times host night club event. All profits
from our events will benefit the club as a whole first and also in
addition itll assist members in improving their cars.
Mission: The mission of TURNING HEADS AUTO CLUB is to
promote fellowship amongst all our members who share the same
interest in car customization!!! In addition to provide information
resource that will be useful to our members in the restoration,
improvement, maintenance, acquisition and last but not least
overall day to day enjoyment of their whips.

REQUIREMENTS:

TURNING HEADS has 4 criterias we look for to become a

member of this organization
You the person , the vehicle , Probation and voting of our
members
In order for a potential member to become a member, it is a
must that he/she has to earn the trust of all TURNING
HEADS members. If in-fact you are brought in by another
member, that member is saying that you are trustful and are
no threat to our club. You will have to attend all meetings, all
events and also complete your two month probation period
before you earn the privilege of getting your logo and
becoming an official member.
Your vehicle is also as important to the club as you
are. Your vehicle represents us 24/7. So we require
your car to be clean on a regular basis.
Our probation time is 2 months and within these 2 months
we will determine if you passed our probation period and
earn our rear logo. Once voted in you will be able to
purchase your rear logo at that time.
In addition to everything else before a prospect can become
a member they must obtain three mods to their vehicle
before the ending of their two months.
Also all members are required to purchase their own turning
heads apparel of some kind, walkie talkie and purchase their
rear window logo before the end of their prospect stage.

 All candidates are required to fill out a Turning Heads Auto

Club Application form. This then will be reviewed by the Club
President, and Board.
Before acceptance, you are required to meet with the club
CEO and Board for personal, and ride evaluation.

Dues are to be paid at the last meeting of each month

($20.00) will be deposit on that 3rd Sunday in Turning
Heads Bank Account (Wells Fargo).
If you fall behind in your dues in an amount of $40
you will be suspended as a member but still required
to attend all meetings till dues are caught up.
If you fall behind dues of $60.00 you will be removed
from Turning Heads Auto Club. Also L the Enforcer will
remove logo.

CLUB RULES:
1. In event of a member being absent from three consecutive
events, shows, meeting in a row and not giving a
satisfactory reason for absence, the member will be
automatically suspended from the club and the issue will be
discussed with the club at a meeting to determine the
actions that should be taken.
2. If a member is a no show to any mandatory meeting
or events that person will be fine $10.00 dollars and
will put into Turning Heads account.
3. All vehicles are expected to be clean and maintained
up to the vehicles maximum potential. Remember our
vehicles represent Turning Heads 24/7 & the club
reputation.

4. Vehicles & members will be re-evaluated at the end of the

year pending the New Year membership.
5. If a member brakes the rules & regulation of the club a
meeting shall be held to inquire whether a cause for
expulsion has arisen or not. In event the member is found
guilty of misbehavior or breach of contract, the member will
be called before the club to explain his/her reasoning. If the
club feels the reason is not satisfactory he/she will be
suspended or be required to resign as a member. Should the
member be terminated, they must remove any association
with the club Turning Heads on their vehicles & or website
if applicable. Anything and everything with the logo on it is
property of Turning Heads Auto Club Inc.
6. In the event the President cannot attend the club event, the
vice President will be in charge or otherwise appointed.
7. In addition to these rules we have other rules that will be
given to you before the application process.
8. Time is important so it is a must that all members be on
time for all club activities.
9. During a ride out order is a must, with this being said getting
out of line will not be tolerated.
10.
Disrespect within the
club and also outside of the club will also not be tolerated.
11.
All board members
are to be on time to all events, meetings and ride
outs.
12.
If a board member fails
to do as their title states their rank can be pulled after
discussion of the reasoning and voted upon by the board,
without the guaranteed option to gain it back.

If a board member
decides to hand down their rank they will decide whom their
rank should be handed down to but will also then be voted
on by the board.
