small throwing sponge
needle tool
cut off wire
wooden trimming tool
2 metal loop trimming tools
wooden rib
flexible metal rib

4.04 fettling knife


2.80 bamboo brush, small or medium
1.84 1" x 1" flat white rabbit hair brush

Home or other stores:


fork
plastic bags, 13 to 33 gallon, no holes, no grocery bags – must be soft plastic
rubber or latex gloves
1 or 2 gallon bucket with handle (or empty milk jug)
apron or old shirt
sponge, large (for cleaning your table)
1 or 2 small plastic containers with lids
binder or sketchbook with unlined paper
pencil or pen
lock (combination or key)
small box to hold your small fired pieces (shoebox size or larger)
old towel
dust mask - disposable

RECOMMENDED, in order of importance-- if you have extra money:

1.94 rubber rib—safer
serrated rib
4.80 canvas 27” x 36” (cheaper if 2 of you buy a larger piece and cut it in half)
toolbox, small
mist spray bottle
old sheet or pillowcase (can be cut and used instead of newspaper)
sure form rasp
assorted brushes
