Explain how a firewall could be used to secure the
data in a computer connected to the internet [3]: A
firewall helps secure data by deciding what comes
into a computer and what doesnt. It judges and
inspects incoming packages and protects you
against viruses and hoax pop-ups. It can also
prevent hackers breaching your computer (is not
always effective) and stealing your files and
making them public.
