Strong situations vs. Weak situations

Weak situations
-It was difficulty for me meeting the need of many diverse
students. Some students were too much quiet , anothers were to
noisy. You have to be calm and not to show them that you are
tired or afraid. Some students do not want be in your class and do
not really want to learn.
-On the first day of teaching English , a child asked me a question
about a word and I did not know what to answer. I think I was
embaressed then.

Strong situations:
-After two classes of teaching, I succeeded how to manage a
class. My speech was more open , I had more interaction with
children . I could build and maintain a warm, successful learning
classroom environment.
-Another strengths that I received during student teaching was
my positive feedback. I felt I learned a lot of helpful information
about the manage of students in a classroom settings.
