So, what will you do?

: Ill teach the patient about what his should do and shouldnt do, take the
medicines frequently and check his condition frequently. And the important
one is about his diet.

NUM
: Okey, good idea. Lets go to the patient!

: Okey Mam, you first please
(PN and NUM go to the patient)

: Good morning Sir, how are you?

Are you happy? I think so.. we are in here to give you some advices
because you will to go home. Shes the PN her name is Yurike, and the PA
is Mita. Okey, PN lets start your project, I want your permissions.

: okey Sir, I want to give you some advice to keep your health. Beside you
check up your condition frequently, and take your medicines regularly, you
have to keep your diet. Firstly, you have to keep your injury stay cleen and
dry. And You must eat the healthy food, for the example food consist of a
lot of fruit and vegetables to fulfill your body needs. By eating a healthy
food, the injury will get well soonly.

: Since I here, Ive got a good caring and the nurse give me good services
too. And if I leaves the hospital, I have to eat the healthy food and avoid the
