Game Development Employing Game Theory to Teach Cultural Diversity Awareness
Final Project for two quarter Ad Hoc Honors Independent Research on Bridging Game Theory with Social Work
Cultural Diversity Outreach, Spring 2014.
Designed, built and beta-tested board game intended to create greater awareness of individual power and
privilege (Target-Agent) and the inherent value of cultural diversity in a community.
Presented game at the Citizen University Pop Up Museum held at UWs Undergraduate Research
Symposium.

Taught bully prevention and conflict management in Bellevue Elementary School District to improve
social skills and academic experience.
Participated as member of two multidisciplinary teams including youth and family counseling, violence
prevention, healthy start and BGLAD/LGBTQ that met weekly/monthly to collaborate on intervention
methods.
Updated and Implemented curriculum which included relevant evidence-based content (with supervision
by on-site MSW)
