have just rescued several animals from a home where they were being neglected.

Introduction
The aim of the following report is to present the findings regarding the rescue
effectuated by our RSPCA team after receiving several complaints from neighbors
who noticed signs of animal neglect in one of the homes in their area.
The owner
Our RSPCA team has encountered problems from the beginning, when on our arrival
at the location the owner reacted aggressively to our presence and was unreceptive
when we tried to reasonably explain the situation. We werent allowed entrance
even when we proved we legally had the right to interfere. Because of his
resistance and unwillingness to cooperate we were forced to restrain the owner in
order to get to the animals.
The state of the animals
On a first search of the house our team has found four adult dogs, three male and
one female. However, on further inspection, we have also found three puppies
locked in a closet. The animals were in an extremely poor physical condition which

indicated not only that they have been suffering of malnutrition but their lack
of exercise as well. In addition to that, the puppies werent vaccinated and most of
them very ill.
The living conditions
It became obvious from the moment our team entered the house that it was
completely unsuitable to successfully give shelter to that many animals. The place
was in a state of such extreme filth, it put at risk not only the health of the animals
but of the owner himself. Furthermore, the smell, which most bothered the
neighbors, was unbearable.
Conclusion
All the findings presented in this report indicate the fact that the owner of the
animals is guilty of animal cruelty as he was unable to provide adequate food,

shelter and medical care for them and will bear the consequences.
