ingredient: fish, shrimp or both. It has a good taste because it has many kind of native flavours
which gives to food special taste. Moqueca is the main course and it can be complemented with
rice, farofa made by cassava and palm oil, and piro - mixing between cassava flour and
sauce from muqueca. Anyone can find these food in the most of seafood restaurants in Bahia.
First, it is necessary to know how many people will taste this plate. For one person, it is
necessary a skillet, one hundred grams of fish, one hundred grams of shrimp - optional, 1 lemon,
