5 Steps To Prevent Getting Hacked

1. Always log out or off your accounts when finished on
them.
For example if you had a hard day at the office and went on
your social media to check up on things and started getting
tired, then decided to close your laptop or device and go to
sleep doesn't mean you have completely logged off. It just
makes things that much easier for hackers to get into your
computer.

2. every few months change passwords

Although its annoying, its a great idea to change your
passwords every once in while.
for example if your at the nearby starbucks and decided to
check on your email account and had the password
12345678 it would be almost like asking someone to hack
in or on to your account. or on the other hand if you had
more of a complex password like ilovecoffe9734 it would be
very challenging for someone to remember that password
and hack into it your account.

3. Dont go on public WIFI

Free wifi places such as your nearby coffee shop are
almost child's play for any decent hacker
For example if you go to an airport and log into their wifi
and decided to do a last minute check on your bank
account thats a huge NO! doing that leaves you vulnerable
to losing thousands of dollars or worse depending if you
have the information stored on your bank account hackers
can get hold of very important information such as your
social security number etc. etc.

4. Dont click on unknown emails

Ok so obviously you know not to click on that odd email from the
king of Mount kilimanjaro but people have gotten cleaver now so
dont click on any email that you dont recognize
So not only are emails now prompting you with free money but if
you decide to click on them you can give hackers your exact IP
address and then they can get hold of some serious things. or
some hackers have gotten so smart that they started getting a
hold of your information from your IP address and giving them to
your nearby robber and well self explanatory you would then get
robbed.

5. Don't download from unknown sites

Just dont do it. Dont download those free
wallpapers are music from unknown sites that
you dont know or dont trust.
Like everything else the hackers can hack into
your computer and take you important
information from it.
