In my final year at Southampton Solent University studying Marketing BSc; areas of study have been
broad and included Managing Business Finance to Electronic Marketing. Aspects of study have
involved working as a team to create presentations and discuss topics of debate, vastly improving
my interpersonal skills and increasing my level of personal confidence. I am forward thinking and
highly ambitious, I am dedicated to delivering outcomes of high quality and inspiring other to
achieve their desired goals.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
TERISS BAR - BRENTWOOD
Bar Tender
Working independently and as a part of a team; providing professional and friendly customer
service and ensuring that the bar and lounge area maintained to a high level of cleanliness.
Shift patterns are varied and often it is my responsibility of opening up and working singlehanded.
Promotional Events involve a high level of customer engagement, waiting at tables and
promoting the event outside of the bar.
A highly demanding role both physically and mentally; requires a high level of professional
attitude and a calm and friendly manner whilst being able to multi task and a willingness to
undertake a varying number of duties.

General Assistant
My role as General Assistant gave me the invaluable insight as to how an online fashion store
operates. Duties were varied from folding and packing, posting orders and processing returns.
Manning telephone queries and orders, responding to emails and observing and assisting at a
fashion shoot.

INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL DATA SERVICES CHELMSFORD
2011
Clerical Assistant
Responsibilities included data input, answering the telephone and note taking, passing on queries
to the correct department, typing up a range of requested reports.
For the duration I ensured I kept a detailed daily journal of my tasks, in order to make a
presentation to the management of IFDS at the end of the two-week period.
I was fortunate to be able to spend time in several departments, which gave me an insight into
how such a large organisation is run.
2009/2010
Classroom Assistant
Assisted the class teacher with general classroom activities including listening to children read
aloud, creative work, playground and lunchtime supervision.
Interaction with parents and members of staff, including spending a period of time working with
the Head Teachers assistant with general office and administration duties.
The following year I was invited to return to the school as a volunteer, which I happily accepted.
