OF LOCAL FROST PENETRATION. FOOTINGS MUST BE
ACCURATELY POSITIONED AND ROUGHLY LEVEL.
FOOTINGS VARY IN SIZE & DEPTH DEPENDING ON THE
ALLOWABLE SOIL PRESSURE AND THE LOAD. THE
