Trail Mix Bars
By Annabel Karmel
‘Trail mixis a snack food commonly used in outdoor recreational activities like hiking, backpacking and mountaineering. Itusually
‘consists of a mixture of nuts, seeds and dried fruits such as raisins and cranberries. I's energy rich and has a high content of
vitamins and minerals, Fussy eaters often eat more between meals than they do at mealtimes, so it's important to give healthy
snacks like these bars rather than let them graze on empty calories that will spoil their appetite for their main meal
