Ingredients for the


dough

Filling

250 g glutinous rice

2 cups grated coconut

Ingredients for the


coconut milk sauce

125 ml coconut milk

1/2 cup
sugar

500 ml
milk

50 ml daun suji extract

5 tablespoons water

3 tsp pandan extract

Making The Dough:


Combine together the glutinous rice flour, pandan and suji extract and water as
much as needed.
Take some part of the flour mix, make a small ball then flattened it. Fill it with
shredded coconut & palm sugar .Make a small ball again.
Put them in boiling water, when it started floating take it out & put aside.

Making the filling


Place the palm sugar & water in a pan over low heat. Cook until sugar completely
dissolves add gratted coconut & salt.
Cook over low heat about 8 to 10 minutes, coconut filling looks glossy & thick. Set
aside & cooled

Making The Coconut Milk Sauce:


Cook the coconut milk together with the rice flour, salt and pandan over low heat
until cook & boiling. Remove & set aside.

To Serve : Put 2 or 3 balls in a bowl & pour coconut milk sauce over the glutinous
balls.
