Context of the lesson
This lesson is the last lesson in publisher program. It is about how to create a calendar by using publisher
program.
Teaching goal
The overall aim of the lesson is to teach students how to create a calendar and for what we use it.
Learning objectives
By the end of the lesson. Students will be able to:
Adding a calendar.
Editing the calendar.
Adding events to the calendar.
Assumptions about prior learning
They know how to use the program and they will learn how to create a calendar and edit it.
Anticipated problems and possible solutions
Some students will find difficulties to edit their work so, I need to make sure that everyone is paying attention
when I am explaining the lesson.
Some students might finish quickly so, I have to prepare a challenging questions or an extra work for them.
For the time management I will use a timer.
Personal focus for this lesson
Changing my standing area by walking around the classroom while explaining to monitor students.
The second thing is preparing extra work for the students who finish their work early.
Prepare a hard copy of the explanation or (ppt) to use it if there is an ICT problems.

Most of groups member will have a letter and they have to find the letters then
they have to gather and organize the letters to create one word which is calendar.

Students will playing the
game to find the tittle.
After finding the tittle, T will discuss and ask students about the calendar and for
what we use it how it is important and when we use it.
T will ask students to apply adding the calendar on the board in front of the whole
class and explaining the steps.
T will explain their worksheet and will ask them to back to their seats to apply the
steps individually.
Students will back to their seats and open publisher and start to apply the
instruction from their worksheets.
T will be walking around them to help them.
