How to calculate rest of the components by giving only the CTC?


Steps
1 Once you decide the CTC, find out the Basic as per the standard % from the CTC - Legally there is no standard %, this would be decided by the organisation
2 Then, find out the HRA as per the standard % from the CTC - Legally there is no standard %, this would be decided by the organisation
3 Medical Reimbursement is constant, you can add
4 Conveyance amount is constant, you can add
5 Findout the Gross by deducting the Employer Contributions from the CTC
6 Findout the other allowances component from the Gross by deducting all other components
7 EPF - will be 12% of Basic as per statue
8 PT - is constant
